Dr. Franklin's Island by Ann Halam was the book of the month. This sci-fi/adventure thriller was loaded with ethical questions, which we discussed over autumn treats at Angie's house. Three teens stranded on an island are kidnapped by the evil Dr. Franklin and turned into mutated monsters. Can they escape?
We know, because we read the book.
